Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are seeking a Customer Service Executive. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus a list of benefits including casual dress, training, free onsite parking, company events and private medical insurance.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Working with new and existing customers to assist with the quoting, ordering and delivery of services.
  • Placing and managing customer orders
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers.
  • Approaching customers and prospects, identify needs and recommend products and services.
  • Process sales and financial transactions.
  • Update CRM system to ensure we have accurate data on customers and potential clients.
  • Identifying and onboarding new partner prospects.
  • Owning and achieving targets.
  • Build and generate a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the renewal of existing services.
  • Manage customer cancellations.
