M4 Recruitment are working with an independantly owned car dealer with locations throughout the SouthWest.
We are looking to recruit an additional Technician orĀ Semi-skilled TechnicianĀ for theĀ dealership based in Newbury.
On-going Academy training and MOT test qualification are also included as part of the genrous benefits on offer. Flexible working hours would also be considered.
Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for a high standard of maintenance, service, repair and warranty work on customer vehicles.
- Completing all work effectively, keeping to strict timeframes and standards
- Logging detailed records of completed work and components used
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area, ensuring yourself and all members of staff are safe from hazards and comply with health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently with a team of colleagues.
- Strong customer services skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Semi-skilled or Franchise trained technicians will be considered
- MOT Tester
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can work in a fast paced environment, with a team and by yourself
- Full driving licence
This is a permanent role starting asap.
