- Site Financial Controller
The Role - You will be a key member of the site leadership team of this manufacturing business and be No1 in finance on site
- Managing a small team, this is a hands on role
- Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts within 3 days of month end
- Preparation of management information / KPIs for the business
- Working with commercial & operational leads in the organisation to drive decision making & strategy
- Work with auditors/accountants at year end and produce information for statutory accounts
- Budgeting & cashflow forecasting
- Working with engineering & manufacturing teams to identify and analyse product costs and plant efficiencies
- Lead on capital expenditure projects, reporting on pre and post cap-ex analysis
The BusinessWe are delighted to be working in partnership with a manufacturing business who are PE backed by an International organisation. This site runs autonomously and you will be a member of the site leadership teamThe Person - You will be a suitably qualified accountant with hands on experience as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller
- Manufacturing experience would be ideal, but is not an absolute must
- Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to challenge, influence and drive decision making around strategy and operational decision making
