KCR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant in the Costing Department of this successful, expanding organisation. Working within a team of 12, your duties will be as follows:
- Management of a regional costing mailbox and liaising with key stakeholders
- Carrying out all tasks to ensure all staff data is maintained accurately across finance systems
- Inputting data, executing changes and maintaining data records for Master Data structure for all regions, entities, projects and staff
- Validating and checking of timesheet data change requests
- Executing journal transfers to reallocate time as required
- Operational ownership of timesheet system and managing data interfaces between systems
- Completing monthly reconciliations, centring around staff data and staff costs
- Developing technical expertise in software used within finance and assisting with any future potential software development
- Liaising with team members by email and phone in relations to queries and requests
You will be a recent finance graduate, or will have worked in a job costing environment or will have data entry experience with a good level of speed and accuracy. Experience of working on an ERP system will be advantageous but not essential.
