Salary: £26000-£28000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a passionate newly qualified Architect with creative design flare and a keen eye for detail to join an award-winning practice in Newcastle. The RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio with projects spanning the Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors. The team creates innovative and sustainable designs whilst providing high-quality customer service.

The successful Architect will have previous industry experience and excellent technical abilities. You will have the motivation and drive to progress your career and should be excited to learn and develop within a supportive environment. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • UK based industry experience (this can be as a Part 2)
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Able to complete work whilst adhering to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Living locally or have ties to Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Revit knowledge is essential
