Area Sales Manager Wanted By Global Manufacturing Company Basic Plus OTE Up To 60K
The Job,
- Manage Region establishing new business and maintaining your existing customer base.
- Identify new sales opportunities to expand your customer base
- Manage customer margins and pricing
- Customer site visits
- Provide Technical Sales support on the companies’ entire range of products, abrasives, and aftermarket services
- Build effective relationships with Internal Sales, Engineering and Aftermarket teams and all other departments
- Produce monthly sales reports and updates on potential orders.
- Attend company sales meeting
- Create a detailed log of your sales, to measure increases in account spends
- Maintain all customer records through the company’s CRM system
- General sales and technical support related duties, as necessary to carry out your job.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of sales achievement in an engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Must demonstrate competency with Microsoft packages of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and overall IT skills.
- Proven track record of establishing, developing and maintain territory
- Experience of external sales, good listening skill, selling on benefits, features and adding value, overcoming objections whilst understanding the customers’ requirements
- A proactive approach to enhancing product knowledge, time management, sales presentations, and other professional sales skills to enable personal development
