We're looking for an experienced leader to join this remarkable law firm as theirHead of Business Development.

As the Head of Business Development, you'll lead the Marketing & BD Group, overseeing three teams:

  • New Business Development: Focusing on winning work from existing clients, prospects, and targets.
  • Bids and Tenders: Managing competitive bids and tenders effectively.
  • Key Account Management: Developing and managing the firm's key account program.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating a sales-driven culture to expand the client base.
  • Monitoring new business pipelines and coaching Client Partners.
  • Collaborating with partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implementing bids best practices and analyzing feedback.
  • Establishing and managing the key account program.
  • Leading client journey mapping and experience initiatives.

  • Understanding of commercial strategies for profitable revenue growth, including pricing models.
