The Business:Nigel Wright are delighted to be working exclusively with a professional services business looking to expand their marketing team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within a fast-paced, growing business.The role is hybrid, excellent perks and benefits, will consider part time applicants too!The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Manager to enhance employee engagement, foster a transparent communication culture, and ensure alignment between the company’s vision and its workforce. As the driving force for all our internal communications, the ideal candidate will develop and implement effective communication strategies for the business. This includes (but not limited to) creating engaging content, management of internal events and assisting in monthly charity support; all with an aim to inform, inspire, and connect employees across every level of the organisation.You will develop and implement a full internal comms strategy, cross-channel engagement, liaise with senior stakeholders to define the business culture, drive engagement and strengthen unity with the business.Oversee the management of internal events such as all-hands meetings, leadership Q&A sessions, and recognition programs, alongside ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all internal communication touchpoints.The Person:
  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • A background in professional services would be helpful.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Someone that understands the local culture and workforce.
  • You will be a strategic, passionate individual that can 'hit the ground running'.
  • A strong communicator not afraid to liaise across teams to draw out information, enhance engagement and define a culture.
  • Someone that thrives off team togetherness and refining the goals of a business.
This role can be full part or part time (circa 4 days).
