Site ManagerNewcastleFull Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30-16:002 months Rate is negotiable depending on experienceSearch are currently working in partnership with a Design & Build and Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Newcastle.The scope of works will include; Partitioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Installation of Flooring, Office Furniture and Audio & Visual Packages.Key Responsibilities* Management of the entire project right through to completion.* Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.* Conduct tool box talks & issue permits* Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.* Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.Requirements* Extensive experience of managing Cat B Fit Out projects as No 1 on site.* SMSTS* CSCS* Asbestos Awareness * First Aid* Fire Marshal* HNC Construction Management* Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills* A sound knowledge of Health & Safety RegulationsRemunerationThis is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy.
