Sacco Mann are working with a long-standing and leading law firm who are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team. The firm have recently had an influx of work and are expanding their successful team further. The firm has strong ties to the local community with all of their work coming from word of mouth. This role has the potential for a training contract for the right candidate.

The Role

Joining the team, you will be running your own caseload of sales and purchases of residential properties dealing with a range of matters from first-time purchases to complex properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Investigating titles
  • Conducting searches
  • Advising and keeping in contact with client base

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified individual with strong conveyancing experience including running your own caseload from start to finish
  • The firm will consider paralegals who are ready to take a step up and who have significant experience within a residential conveyancing team
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to maintain relationships
