Our ClientNigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an iconic Northeast organisation in there search for a learning and OD specialist.If you passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and supporting positive organisational change please get in touch to find out more.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a proactive Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to deliver impactful development programmes and support meaningful engagement across the organisation.As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will:* Design, deliver, and maintain innovative learning and development programmes aligned with organisational needs.* Evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives and generate reports to support continuous improvement.* Lead OD initiatives including onboarding, early careers development, and employee engagement programmes.* Work with departments and external partners to ensure tailored and high-quality learning solutions.* Champion digital tools such as the Learning Management System and collaborative platforms to streamline delivery.* Coordinate and evaluate learning events and maintain accurate records.* Ensure training materials meet high-quality standards through internal and external collaboration.* Ensure compliance with training-related statutory duties and promote health and safety in all learning environments.* Share insights and promote industry best practices through ongoing professional development.Who we are looking forThis is an opportunity to be part of a people-focused team driving development, engagement, and transformation across the organisation.
