With over 30 highly qualified trainers and assessors on the team, this company can offer bespoke training programs and commercial courses for any company's needs.In this varied and autonomous role, you will be assessing and training local apprentices on site, from a selection of over 100 companies that this company are partnered with. You will be given full on the job training for the first 6 months, where you will be completing qualifications and offered a huge range of other courses, tailored to your personal career aspirations. Following this training period you will be taking classroom sessions, undertaking frequent site visits, and will be given a fuel allowance. You are expected to manage your personal timetable, working Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.This exciting and dynamic role would suit a current or aspiring Engineering Training Officer or similar with CNC Machining experience is looking for a fully autonomous role within a company that offers full on the job training and progression using qualifications suited to your personal career aspirations.The Role:

  • Assessing and training apprentices at a wide range of companies
  • Full on the job training with optional qualifications for personal growth
  • Fully autonomous working and personal time management
  • 6-month training period then mostly site visits (90%)
  • Monday - Friday 40 hours a week

The Person:

  • Current or aspiring Engineering Training Officer
  • Experience using CNC Machines
  • HNC or higher
  • Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking to get off the tools and move into an educational role
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commutable to Newcastle-on-Tyne
