The job you will be Doing
- Arranging appointments for clients
- Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
- General correspondence and administration duties
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Answering inbound calls, ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally
- Assist in the training of new staff
- Providing an efficient, friendly and professional service to all customers, clients and colleagues
- Assisting with any postal duties
- Undertaking any training
About You
- Previous customer service experience
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Friendly and works well within a team
