We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and experienced Home Manager to lead a well-regarded residential care home located in the Blyth area. With a competitive salary of around 47k and no nursing qualification required, this full-time role offers the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warm and welcoming home that prioritises person-centred care.

As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for regulatory compliance, staff leadership, budget management, and delivering a high standard of care tailored to each resident's individual needs. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a care setting, a strong understanding of CQC standards, and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
