As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, overseeing clinical governance, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure each resident receives compassionate, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for an experienced Home Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, who is confident in managing care teams, audits, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
