Introduction: P4 recruitment are working with a client in York to find an exceptional Team Leader who has a passion for excellence and offering person cantered care. Supporting staff and Management and ensuring the values of the company are upheld.

·Reporting Safeguarding’s and incidents

·Able to travel to attend training when required, this may include overnight stays.

Essential requirements

·Experience working within health social care sector.

·Being able to demonstrate leadership experience.

·Full clean UK driving lesson.

Desirable requirements

·Experiencing in managing a team

·Mentoring and leading teams.

·Working on Rotas

·Enhanced DBS on the update service

·Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management
