Summary:Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting career opportunity? My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electrical systems and maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:? Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation orMaintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.? Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.? Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial orcommercial setting within a facilities management organization.? Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.? Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electricalmaintenance.? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of ateam.? Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clearmaintenance reports.? A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Day to Day Duties:? Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, andtroubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.? Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime andmaximizing equipment efficiency.? Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, powerdistribution, and control panels.? Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical andmechanical issues.? Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhancesystem performance and safety.? Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and company standards.? Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industrytrends and best practices.
