I am delighted to be supporting a public sector organisation with the recruitment of a Personal assistant to join them on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced personal assistant to join a friendly, busy team in their Newcastle office.
Your new role
As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the executive team with a range of responsibilities such as:
- Diary management and meeting arrangement
- Collation and preparation of various documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for both internal and external queries
- Assisting in booking travel and submitting expenses
- Providing secretarial support to the executive team
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous recent experience in a similar PA/secretarial role
- Attention to detail
- IT skills
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
