Are you an experienced operations professional with a background in Investment or Wealth Management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join a dynamic Intermediaries Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting business objectives, improving processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

About the Role

As a Senior Administrator, you’ll be a vital member of the Intermediaries Operations team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the intermediary network, client-facing business teams, and regional managers. Your work will involve providing robust operational support, driving improvements, and helping deliver key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality client outcomes by managing expectations and providing regular stakeholder updates
  • Lead the monthly investment rebalancing process to successful completion
  • Monitor and manage internal and external communications through shared mailboxes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Engage regularly with business partners to support project delivery and provide updates for management packs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experinece working in a back office or admin role within Financial Services
  • Experience within Investment Management, Asset Management, Private Wealth, or Banking is desireable
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical subject matter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to deliver actionable management information
