Buy to Let & Adverse Specialist Mortgage Adviser

One of the UK's most well respected Mortgage Brokerages is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to provide exceptional levels of advice and customer service within our retail operation.
Experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must. The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified and have experience in providing face-to-face client mortgage and protection advice specialising in Buy to Let and adverse mortgage lending.
You will be guaranteed a minimum 20 pre-qualified appointments per month, combined with fee free advice and a 5-star rated service. We would be open to both employed and self-employed options for this role.
You will:
路 Have a strong knowledge of adverse and Buy to Let Mortgage lenders
路 Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
路 Have a minimum of 2 years face to face specialist mortgage experience
路 Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
路 Have a dedicated Case Manager to process client cases through to successful completion
路 Be passionate and have the strong desire to grow your customer base
路 Be fully CeMAP qualified
