Our client a well-established architectural practise based In Newcastle are seeking an Assistant BIM Manager to be involved on some high-profile projects on a remote basis. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Assistant BIM Manager to support their digital delivery team. This role is an ideal opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with a strong interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to grow within a forward-thinking environment and play a key part in innovative construction projects throughout 2025 and beyond.

Assistant BIM Manager Job Requirements

  • Background as an Architectural Technologist / BIM Coordinator or similar design/technical discipline
  • Exposure to BIM workflows in practice (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms).
  • Eagerness to develop BIM skills and knowledge in a project-focused environment
  • Good communicator, comfortable contributing in team settings and with clients
  • Demonstrable interest in digital construction trends and technologies
  • Familiarity or interest in model auditing / clash detection
