We are excited to be partnering with Neptune to recruit two newly created Recruitment and HR Coordinator roles.

Responsibilities
  • Support with recruitment processes, covering both experienced and graduate hires
  • Act as liaison with candidates, recruitment suppliers and direct applicants
  • Check that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly
  • Coordinate interview schedules, including applying the relevant testing approach
  • Invigilate testing environments
  • Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results
  • Utilise the Greenhouse recruitment system to manage open roles, including candidate pipelines, competency scorecards and reporting on hiring progress
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Be a key point of liaison for our outsourced HR and benefits providers

  • Prior administrative experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous
  • Minimum academic requirements of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university with good A-level grades (ABB)

Salary - £30,000-40,000 per annum depending on experienced Office based role (city centre) Monday – Friday 08.00-18.00
