We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Assistant to join our organization and help to make a real difference in people’s lives.

About the role

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re recruiting for a Scheduling Assistant to join our busy South Tyneside office. 

As Scheduling Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our Help to Live at Home Team. Your main duties will include:

  • Managing new business referrals 
  • Ongoing management of runs and grids to support templates, and the production of 2 weekly rotas.
