Team leader Supported living

Job title: Team Leader

Pay: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Hours: Full time permanent.

Location: North Tyneside

*Female only due to service group*

Introduction: P4 recruitment are working with a client in York to find an exceptional Team Leader who has a passion for excellence and offering person cantered care. Supporting staff and Management and ensuring the values of the company are upheld.

Daily responsibilities and shift patterns

·Monthly Support sessions

·Monthly team meetings

·Staff training

·Staff rota

·Monthly audits (medical, financial)

·Coaching and role modelling

·Overseeing development of staff

·Ensuring environments meet our high standard

·Ensuring the people we support have active and meaningful lives

·Compliance

·Developing and maintaining relationships with families and professionals

·Working as part of the York District team

·Reporting Safeguarding’s and incidents

·Able to travel to attend training when required, this may include overnight stays.

Essential requirements

·Experience working within health social care sector.

·Being able to demonstrate leadership experience.

·Full clean UK driving lesson.

Desirable requirements

·Experiencing in managing a team

·Mentoring and leading teams.

·Working on Rotas

·Enhanced DBS on the update service

·Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management
