Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Encourage and motivate staff to reach daily goals, ensuring excellent guest and employee satisfaction.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
- Coach staff to maintain high morale and lead the team towards achieving desired results.
- Support and assist other team members, including Hostesses, Bartenders, Servers, and Cooks, when necessary.
- Drive financial success through sales and profitability.
- Focus on bringing in new business and maintaining excellent customer experiences.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and maintain the restaurant's operational excellence.
- Submit daily reports and checklists consistently throughout each shift.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
