Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
- Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
- Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
- Provide support to the Residential Property team and assist the head of the department in departmental growth and development.
- Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships in line with the firm's ethos.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience), though applicants with more or less experience are welcome.
- Ability to handle a range of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
- Experience in managing a varied and busy caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships in line with the firm's ethos.
