On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and quickly growing managed service provider for business technology, looking to expand their team of highly skilled IT professionals within their office based out of Newcastle. This is the perfect opportunity for an IT Support Engineer or similar, looking to work their way up within a thriving company.

In this role you will work within a team, providing support with IT problems, taking on training where needed and ensuring the success of multiple businesses. On the helpdesk team you will troubleshoot IT issues raised on the ticketing system learning on the job to eventually progress your career.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer or an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator, local to Newcastle looking to progress in your career in IT.

THE ROLE:

• 1st Line IT Support, eventually moving up to 2nd/3rd
• Helping various clients with business technology such as cloud infrastructure/data management and more
• On the job training, progression into senior management

THE PERSON:

• Background in a professional IT or Helpdesk position
• Keen to progress further within an MSP, completed or keen to go through Microsoft Certifications
• Local to Newcastle
