Opportunity exists for a Regional Manager to join a loss adjusting operation within their Subsidence Services Division.

  • Although based at home, you will be required to work periodically from regional offices, plus undertaking occasional client and customer visits as required.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of approx. ten surveyors who handle subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery of teams performance and complaint resolution.
  • You will be able to take on instructions from internal managers and external clients, self-managing to conclusion.
  • You will have client responsibilities acting as headliner for chosen clients.

About you:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience within subsidence claims and also must be Chartered with either MCIOB, MRICS, MICE or MIstructE.
  • You must have excellent communication and management skills and the ability to manage the teams performance and drive results and achieve targets.
