Role OverviewOur client is a UK Top 50 national law firm known for its solid reputation, dedicated workforce, and opportunities for professional growth. They are currently recruiting into their Tier 1 ranked Professional Indemnity team for a defendant professional negligence specialist.

You will manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims against solicitors and other professionals with a focus on construction. You'll deliver high-quality and cost-effective legal representation, exhibit excellent litigation knowledge, and offer outstanding client service.

Candidate Profile

  • Our client is seeking a professional indemnity lawyer with the following:
  • Fully qualified (or soon to be) Solicitor, in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrable experience of being able to handle a caseload of defendant professional indemnity work on an autonomous basis.
  • Advanced interpersonal, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to articulate positions clearly and succinctly.
  • Advanced presentation, negotiation, and research skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and ethical competency.
