The CompanyOur client is a high-volume manufacturing going through a period of growth and looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to support their business.Salary – circa £50,000   The RoleYour Responsibilities:• Support quality management and site management objectives and tasks• Lead continuous improvement activities across site• Effectively utilising problem-solving techniques such as 8D and 6-Sigma• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain customer andinternal quality standards• Support internal auditing across the plant• Liaising with external stakeholders as required• Provide regular feedback through various mechanisms i.e. daily, weekly andmonthly reviews• Ensure safe operating procedures are adhered to all timesThe PersonYour Experience:• Experience of leading a team• Problem solving skills with strong analytical skills• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to all levels of internal and external stakeholders• Understanding of measurement methods / methodology• PC literacy, including a working knowledge of reporting software
