Self Employed New Build Mortgage and Protection Advisor role with all leads provided & flexible working!The brokerage is based in the Northeast, specialising in New Build mortgages. The team are friendly and welcoming, with a laid back and collaborative work ethic, providing helpful and supportive mortgage advice to clients purchasing a new build home in the local area. The Mortgage Advisor RoleAs the Self-Employed New build Mortgage Advisor, you will be provided with an abundance of clients from the brokerages vast network of new build introducers. It will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances.You’ll receive an abundance of leads from established introducers, you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases post application.Each member of the team works on a shift pattern that is arranged collaboratively on a quarterly basis between the Mortgage advisors and mortgage manager. The only requirement is that Mortgage advisors are available one day at the weekend every other weekend, and one morning and one evening during each week, the rest of the work week is completely flexible to you, your clients, and your life. Your one weekend shift every other week, will with be based remotely at home, or alternatively on one of the many new build sites across the Northeast. A vast amount of new business is generated at the new build site over the weekend, so many of the advisors prefer to be on site for the weekend. Mortgage Advisor Work schedule
- 1 weekend day every other week
- 1 Morning per week
- 1 Afternoon per week
- The rest of the work week is down to you
The Mortgage Advisor Package
- Self Employed
- Remote but local to the North East
- All leads provided through established New Build introducers
- 55% Commission for Protection cases
- 45% - 60% Commission for Mortgage cases
- The percentage of Mortgage Commission is dependent on the average Protection value, the higher the average protection case value, the higher the mortgage commission percentage
- 20% Commission for successful referrals to building and contents
- 15% kickback for every successful protection referral (if referred)
Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience
- Experienced and Qualified Mortgage Advisor
- Experience of New Build Mortgages
- Ability to travel to new build sites across the Northeast
- Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and proactive
