Sales and Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant / Valuer to join our clients highly reputable Estate Agency in Newcastle.

Working 40 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdayswith a day off during the week.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the branches, able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role.

Main duties:

-Generating and attending valuations

-Securing listings, selling marketing packages

-Liaising with clients both face to face and by telephone, financial and legal referrals

-General admin tasks as appropriate to the role.

Essentials:

-Experience in a similar role or a minimum of two years within the property industry

-Committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service

-A full clean driving licence.

The company offer a negotiable starting salary circa £25k - £27k pa plus commission leading to anOTE circa £35k pa, company pension and holidays.
