Requirements for a Registered Nurse:
- Valid NMC Pin - no restrictions
- 6 Months UK Experience
- Previous experience in a clinical Nursing Role, preferably in acute care or specialty area.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to care.
- CQC knowledge, CQC and compliance must be key.
