Our client is a hugely-successful, innovative organisation about to embark on its next stage of exciting growth. We are delighted to be working with them to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to work as part of a talented HR team and support the organisation in delivering against its ambitious growth plan.

The role will have a full generalist remit and involve both the management of operational HR activities and HR projects.

Reporting to the Head of HR, main responsibilities include:

  • Take an active role in the delivery of a proactive and value-add HR service across the whole of the business.
  • Support the Head of HR to understand and translate business requirements into effective HR best practice, delivering people solutions to achieve business objectives, managing risk and driving performance.
  • Coach and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR issues including: Performance Management; Absence Management; Disciplinary and Grievance issues; Terms & Conditions; and Reward and Remuneration.
  • Drive a positive and proactive culture across the employee group to ensure the organisation achieves and sustains a great place to work.
  • Review, analyse and utilise key HR metrics and data to drive strategic decision making across all People related activities.
  • Proactively business partner and act as a trusted advisor to management teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead in the review, development and implementation of a range of HR and Talent initiatives including Learning and Development and Talent Management.
  • Keep up to date with relevant market insights and trends to ensure the organisation remains a market-leader.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with experience of operating at the Senior HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner level. Previous experience of working within a fast-paced and professional service environment is highly desirable. This role will suit ambitious and driven HR generalists who are looking to join an equally ambitious and progressive organisation.
