- Manage administrative tasks related to student records, attendance, and communication.
- Assist with reception duties, handling enquiries from parents, students, and staff.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to coordinate events, meetings, and other school activities.
- Support the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in school administration is desirable.
- Proficiency in using school management software (e.g., SIMS) is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service.
