Offshore & Sub-Sea Solutionsc. £90,000.00 pa + 20% Bonus + Car + BenefitsLocation: Hybrid WorkingThe RoleReporting directly to the Commercial Director, you and your team will be responsible for the management and delivery of existing and new projects within a portfolio of key customers in the Oil & Gas Sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans, whilst mitigating risk and delivering faultless project execution.
  • Manage the Project Delivery function who will be responsible for working through the whole project life cycle from inception to installation.
  • Driving process, improvements and change across business functions including Sales, Commercial, Manufacturing, R & D, bid management and Finance to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.
  • To build and develop in-depth stakeholder relationships and deliver high quality outcomes for our client's customers.

The CandidateSuch a diverse role calls for an experienced, commercially driven Project/Programme Delivery Manager with extensive experience of working within the Oil & Gas/Subsea sectors. You MUST be able to clearly demonstrate skills and experience in the following key areas:

  • A proven track record in Programme/Project Management working on large scale, high-value projects with medium to long cycles.
  • The ability to understand the design and engineering phases for a range of technically complex products, together with the expert ability in structured stage-gate project management principles.
  • Have credible stakeholder management and relationship building skills that inspire trust and confidence of the clients.
  • Highly effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross functional teams in a matrix style organisation.
