Block Property Manager

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager who will be responsible for their portfolio of properties in and around Newcastle.

At the start, you would need to travel to their office in Hull and perhaps stay over for a few days (paid for by the company) so they can set up technology and train on their systems and procedures otherwise the role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inspections
• Dealing with breaches of the lease
• Completing Section 20 Notices
• Liaising with maintenance contractors
• Ensure management agreements are in place

Personal Requirements:

• Driving license
• Excellent time management
• Block Property background is essential

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: up to £39,440 (depending if IRPM/AIRPM/MIRPM qualified) includes a car allowance.
