We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist, working for a well- known law firm in Newcastle. This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week in the Newcastle office.

Working within the front of house team, you will welcome all visitors to the firm in a professional and courteous manner and provide admin support to teams within the business. This is a great opportunity and would suit someone from a professional services or hotel/ leisure background.

About the role:

  • First point of contact for the business via email, phone and in person
  • Make sure meeting rooms are well-presented and manage meeting room diary.
  • Provide refreshments for visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all clients
  • Carry out admin tasks as required for other departments within the business.
  • Any other tasks as required for the wider team.

About you:

  • Experience of working front of house within professional services, or hotel industry
  • Smart and professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Able to work flexibly and organised.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and able to work well independently.
