BS Social Care are recruiting alongside a well-established children`s residential organisation who have homes in Newcastle and Northumberland. There are positions in Tyne and Wear and Northumberland available for qualified children's residential workers.

You will assist the registered manager in providing excellent care to the children and young people who have been placed in the homes. You will have a passion for delivering individual focused care and striving to improve service delivery in every way that you can.

The entire focus of the care provision is built around allowing the children to flourish and achieve goals in a safe and secure environment.

You will be able to take part in a rota system which includes 2-4 sleep-ins a month for which you are paid on top of the quoted salary.
