We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of vulnerable adults to determine their care and support needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working collaboratively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy to individuals, helping them achieve their maximum potential for independence and well-being.
  • Participate in case conferences, reviews, and other meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Work in partnership with community organisations and agencies to provide comprehensive services.
  • Contribute to the prevention and management of safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable adults.
  • Keep current with changes in legislation, best practices, and social work methodologies through continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Prior experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
