- Be a qualified teaching assistant
- Experience working with 11-18 year olds within the past 2 years
- Experience working with SEN students
- Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and students.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- At least two years of work history/education which can be referenced.
- A valid DBS certificate or the willingness to apply for one.
