Permanent 22.5-25K basic PLUS uncapped commission - REALISTIC OTE 38K top earners 45-50K

Are you motivated and driven by money? Our client is a fast-growing business with an excellent reputation and a fantastic product!

They have an opportunity for an ambitious and outgoing induvial to join their field sales team, working door to door sales selling services to residential customers face to face.

You will be offering exceptional customer service at all times, closing sales and working toward and achieving set targets.

The ideal Door to Door Sales Representative will need to be/have:

• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Confident to have a conversation with anyone on their doorstep.
• Happy to work in all weathers.
• Resilient in the face of rejection
• Able to work for 37.5 hours per week (flexible with this)
• A valid driving license and vehicle
• Sales experience desirable but not essential

This role will offer a permanent contract, full training, 25K basic plus uncapped commission, realistic OTE 38K.

Working in Stoke-on-Trent and Leek areas
