Additionally, the service provides respite care to support families and caregivers. With two distinct units, each equipped with adapted facilities, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of exceptional care and ensure the smooth operation of our residential facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to make a positive impact and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor resident well-being and progress, conducting regular assessments and reviews to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, social services, and regulatory bodies, to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN and previous experience working in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and experience with inspections.
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.
