My client is seeking an energetic and self-motivated person to handle the day-to-day management of this highly successful family run firm which has been operating for almost years within their niche market. This is a standalone role and as such you will be required to work very much alone in a quiet but busy office.
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced person to work in the role of accounts and office manager and providing some PA duties to one of the Directors. This role would suit someone with accounts and office administration experience who looking to join a firm who will value them as an integral part of their organisation.
Job Description:
Day to day Accounts Manager in conjunction with the companys external accountants
Entering Purchase & Sales invoices
Generating Invoices
Submitting VAT returns
Making Payments and Reconciling Bank Accounts
Managing Cash Flow and reporting to Directors
Credit control duties
Office Management
Providing the first point of contact for customer and supplier queries
Managing all aspects of the day to day running of the office
Setting up and managing filing systems
Managing Directors Diaries
Problem solving IT issues in conjunction with IT providers
Signing off supplier/ freelancer invoices
Maintaining and updating the website where appropriate with pictures
Fielding calls and dealing with emails
Manage the website queries
PA
Handle one of the directors personal correspondences by email and post
Deal with calls and queries on his behalf
Liaise with external bodies to resolve queries
Handle all associated duties as required
