This role offers the opportunity to support daily operations and, based on performance, could lead to a permanent position.

Job Description:

  • Handling comprehensive diary and schedule management.
  • Organising Engineers’ schedules and ensuring they are fully equipped for site visits.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and phone.
  • Distributing completed job documentation following installation.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and managing equipment orders.
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Updating and maintaining the company database.
