VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Design/Development engineer for a leading agricultural company based in Newmarket. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3D CAD and Adobe Suite experience within an agriculture and manufacturing setting.

Duties include:

  • Produce 3D models and technical drawings to guarantee accuracy and high quality. Generate technical diagrams for production and service purposes
  • Collaborate with the Production team
  • Design decals for machinery
  • Develop and draft new designs
  • Update operator and parts manuals for the current machine range
  • Conduct FEA simulations on both new and existing parts
  • Support in the creation of sales and service documentation
  • Provide guidance to junior designers
  • Verify that machines adhere to The Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and EU Transport Regulations (Homologation) and are in line with ISO Standards
