Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Wickhambrook, Suffolk
Salary: 27,000 p/a
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours paid per week)
Contract Type: Full time, 12-month FTC
Our client based in Wickhambrook, Suffolk is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and customer sales invoices/commercial invoices/credit notes using the ERP system and Sage software
- Credit control ensuring debtors are managed in accordance with company financial procedure
- Process supplier invoices on the ERP system
- Liaise with stores if processing issues arises
- Chase & resolve any issues with all parties
- Any other duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Accounts Administrator role will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAGE accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
