- £45,665 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Overall responsibility for the resorts buffet-style restaurant, bar, spa café, and room service operations
- Driving consistent culinary standards, menu execution and presentation across all outlets
- Leading, coaching and developing a 20-strong team, nurturing talent and succession
- Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
- Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
