Contract Manager 

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join our client who're a major FM company on the Isle of Wight, there are some building on the mainland too, so you will need to travel occasionally..

This is a permanent position paying £65,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews, interprets and analyses contract and service agreements.
  • Responds to customer inquires pertaining to modifications of existing contracts 
  • Facilitate all phases of contract management.
  • Prepares and evaluates proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts and makes award recommendations.
  • Negotiates and interprets contracts, and monitors fulfilment of contractual obligations
  • Analyses amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions.
  • Interfaces with the Accounting Department on invoicing and insurance issues.
  • Accountable for administration and execution of Supplier Performance Management Program.

Essential Experience

  • Technical knowledge of maintenance and facilities management activities.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Experience and Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
