Our client, a leading firm are seeking a junior commercial solicitor to join their Newport office. You will have between 0-1 years’ experience specialising in non-contentious commercial work.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of relevant commercial law and typical agreements including terms of sale, terms for the supply of services, consultancy agreements, agency and distribution agreements, NDAs and Heads of Terms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading small extremely friendly law firm where you can assist with the Managing Partner and team dealing with clients across the region.
